What is Your Delivery Time?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, during which our team carefully packs and prepares your items for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package in real time. Please note that delivery may take up to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
Refunds & Exchanges
Can I Exchange My Item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, we recommend initiating a return by mail and placing a new order. Once your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How Long Before I Get a Refund
Once your return package is in transit to our warehouse, the return process begins. Upon receipt and inspection of your item, we will notify you of the return status—whether accepted or declined. This evaluation may take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking indicates "Delivered." If approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
